Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services seeks a proactive Senior Project Coordinator to manage telecom operations and project performance. You will coordinate field activities, track costs, and drive on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

Youll collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams while interfacing with clients and stakeholders. Hybrid/remote work is available with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project coordination or controls (telecom preferred).
• Familiarity with U.S. telecom providers and protocols.
• Experience with CPI, SPI, and EAC metrics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track all phases of telecom maintenance and construction projects.
• Maintain project logs, CRM systems, and Excel trackers with real-time status.
• Lead weekly update calls with internal teams and clients.
• Generate daily WIP reports and training summaries.
• Support cost tracking including labor, materials, subs, and equipment.
• Assist in preparing cost reports, forecasts, and earned value metrics.
• Use Excel and Power BI to generate performance/status reports.
• Support change management and ensure accurate billing/docs.
• Collaborate with field managers to ensure job readiness and timely completion.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
