Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that support the firm’s strategic goals across internal and client-facing programs. The role develops practical solutions, governs execution, and ensures delivery on time and within scope.

You will partner with Strategy Delivery, the EPMO, and business leaders to drive roadmaps, manage risk, and provide executive-level reporting in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional projects.
• PMP/Prosci/ Scrum certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with change management and executive reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic initiatives, establish project governance and drive cross-functional execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and interdependencies.
• Provide executive-ready reporting on status, risks, and milestones with recommendations.
• Facilitate alignment among senior leaders and stakeholders to clarify scope and success metrics.
• Drive adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models across teams.
