Job summary

Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead multiple research projects with diverse funding sources. You will oversee scopes, budgets, timelines, and reporting, and mentor staff while coordinating with PMO and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with ten years experience managing projects, including at least two years managing multiple areas

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project work plans and resource estimates; monitor milestones and budget usage
• Negotiate resources with senior stakeholders to meet objectives and timelines
• Ensure preparation of all project-related products and deliverables including analyses, reports, and presentations
• Serve as liaison to client or funder leadership and provide monthly reporting on progress and budget
• Provide mentorship to project staff and supervise project management activities across programs
• Lead development of project management standards and PMO processes
• Act as Project Manager for diverse contracts and large, complex projects
• Support proposal phase work and ensure requirements are met for submissions
