Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking a senior Project Manager for a fully remote role. You will lead project planning, budgeting, and reporting across multi-disciplinary teams.

The role requires strong leadership, mentoring, and proven ability to deliver complex health research projects within timelines and budgets. You will collaborate with the PMO and program leadership, ensuring compliance with grant requirements and effective communication with funders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (public health, quantitative social science, or management).
• Ten years of progressively responsible project management experience.
• Two+ years managing five key areas (timelines, budgets, risks, communications, reporting).
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience leading large teams toward complex goals.
• Strong organizational and planning skills; mentoring ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficiency with Office.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project work plans, budgets, and resource estimates.
• Monitor milestones and adjust plans quarterly based on variances.
• Negotiate resources with managers and principal investigators.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure progress.
• Prepare project deliverables: reports, analyses, and presentations.
• Provide progress and budget reports to stakeholders and funders.
• Assist with contracts, scopes of work, and budgets as needed.
• Lead proposal phases and support the proposal team.
• Mentor and supervise project staff and coordinators.
• Oversee diverse projects across programs and funding sources.
