Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with ten years project management experience including budgets, timelines, risks, and reporting.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience managing large teams toward complex goals.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong supervisory and mentoring skills.
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Health services or public health research background.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project work plans and resource estimates.
• Monitor milestones and budget/resource use.
• Review and re-estimate work plans based on contingencies and priorities.
• Prepare project cost estimates and reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with proposal team during contracts and procurements.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of project products and reports.
• Mentor Project Coordinators and Project Associates.
