Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with 10+ years progressive project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience directing large teams toward complex goals.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong supervisory and mentoring abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Health services or public health research background.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project work plans, resource estimates, milestones, and budgets.
• Develop generalized project cost estimates; manage expenditures per budgets.
• Negotiate resources with managers and directors to meet objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate with project staff to ensure understanding and progress.
• Prepare project products: analyses, reports, presentations, visuals, and tables.
• Serve as liaison to client or funder leadership; provide required progress reports.
• Provide monthly progress and budget reporting to stakeholders.
• Assist Senior Contracts Manager with scope of work and budgets.
• Contribute to program area strategic discussions and PMO initiatives.
• Lead PM standards development with PMO; advance processes and tools.
• Serve as Proposal Project Manager during proposals.
