Arbor Research Collaborative for Health seeks a seasoned Senior Project Manager for remote work across the United States. The role leads multi-disciplinary teams, manages budgets, schedules, and deliverables, and acts as the primary liaison with clients and funders.

You will mentor staff, oversee proposals, and help develop PMO standards while coordinating with program directors and principal investigators to ensure timely, high-quality results.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, quantitative social science, or management with 10+ years of project leadership experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience directing large teams toward complex goals.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong supervisory and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain comprehensive project work plans and budgets.
• Develop generalized cost estimates and manage expenditures per contract budgets.
• Negotiate resources with managers and directors to meet objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate with assigned project staff to ensure progress on work plans.
• Prepare project products and reports; ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Act as liaison to clients and funders for progress and reporting.
• Provide monthly progress and budget reporting to stakeholders.
• Assist with contracts and scope of work during proposals.
• Contribute to PMO strategy and standards development.
• Lead proposal phase activities and ensure requirements are met.
