Job summary

Mondo is seeking a Sr Project Manager to lead customer-facing engagements within its Professional Services team. You will drive implementation, migration, and service engagements across our products and solutions.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and budgets, and apply appropriate delivery methodologies to ensure successful outcomes for complex client projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in professional services, consulting, or implementation delivery at a tech/SaaS company.
• Proven experience managing 10 concurrent projects with scope, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction.
• Experience delivering against an SOW or service description with change requests and project financials.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 15-20 concurrent customer engagements from kickoff through closure.
• Own scope, schedule, and budget against a Statement of Work or Service Delivery Description.
• Apply appropriate delivery methodology (waterfall, agile, or hybrid) in line with PMI standards.
• Run customer-facing governance including kickoff meetings, project plans, and executive updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove blockers and keep work on track.
• Manage risks and escalations, including migration and cutover risks, with clear options and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate project data in Jira, Salesforce, and PSA tools for leadership visibility.
