Job summary

Mondo is seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to support creative production and marketing initiatives for a leading B2B SaaS organization.

You will manage multiple creative projects across design, video, copywriting, and product marketing assets, coordinating with East Coast stakeholders while working 20-30 hours per week in a remote, contract role through December 2026. Proficiency with Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace; Figma experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in creative project management.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or a comparable marketing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple creative disciplines simultaneously (design, video, copywriting).
• Strong stakeholder management across product marketing, brand, creative, and exec communications.
• Proficiency with Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace; Figma a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple creative projects across visual design, video, copywriting, presentations, and product marketing assets.
• Coordinate social and editorial graphics, hero images, and brand identity projects.
• Oversee presentation and deck production for executive communications and conferences.
• Collaborate with product marketing stakeholders and designers in Figma.
• Track timelines, milestones, approvals, feedback, and dependencies and address roadblocks.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment with 20–30 hours per week.
