Job summary

MBO Partners is seeking a Senior Web Project Manager to oversee multiple client-facing web initiatives in a fast-paced tech environment. • 5+ years of experience managing web production or digital projects.
• Experience with client-facing or B2B web projects and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong negotiation, prioritization, and delivery skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet SLAs and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple concurrent web and digital projects from intake through design, development, QA, staging and production launch.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource assignments.
• Track project performance against SLAs, milestones, and launch deadlines, addressing risks proactively.
• Coordinate project activities across Web, Marketing, Product, Design, Engineering, Content, UX/UI, SEO, Legal, Compliance, and external partners.
