Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex health research projects in a remote capacity across multiple sites. You will develop and manage work plans, monitor budgets, and coordinate teams to meet milestones and deliverables.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of project leadership, PMP certification, and strong communication skills, with proficiency in PM software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 10+ years of progressive project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience leading large teams toward complex goals.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong supervisory and mentoring abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project work plans and resource estimates.
• Monitor milestones, budgets, and resource use; re-estimate as needed.
• Prepare cost estimates and assist with proposal development.
• Coordinate with managers and investigators to align objectives and timelines.
• Provide monthly progress and budget reports to clients and funders.
• Lead development of PMO standards, tools, and processes.
• Mentor Project Coordinators and Project Associates and supervise projects as needed.
