Zusammenfassung

Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking an experienced Project Manager to guide complex health research projects from inception to completion. You will develop work plans, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of analyses, reports, and presentations.

The role requires a decade of project management in health research, PMP certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in related field with 10+ years progressively responsible project management experience.
PMP certification or equivalent.
Experience managing large teams toward complex goals.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Strong supervisory and mentoring skills.
Demonstrated strong verbal/written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Health services or public health research background.

Aufgaben

Create and maintain project work plans and task-based resource estimates.
Monitor milestone accomplishment and budget/resource use.
Review and re-estimate work plans and project resources based on contingencies and changing priorities.
Prepare project-related products and tasks including analyses, reports, and presentations.
Serve as day-to-day liaison to client or funding agency leadership.
Provide monthly progress and budget reports to stakeholders.
Lead development of project management standards with PMO.
