Job summary

BGBx in New York is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead client projects from start to finish. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, timeline, and budget, and ensure high-quality deliverables that align with regulatory expectations.

Reporting to the Director of Project Management, you’ll forecast resource needs, resolve issues quickly, and maintain strong client partnerships. This remote US role offers a competitive salary and growth opportunities at a company dedicated

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment with the ability to quickly learn new technology
• 4+ years of project management experience, in pharmaceutical advertising or medical education
• Expertise in project management techniques with a proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk mitigation, hours and reporting
• Ability to lead and manage multiple projects and project coordinators
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly with little to no direction from supervisors; makes good judgments and renders solid decisions
• Experience with the pharmaceutical business medical-legal regulations process preferred
• Familiarity and proficiency with the principles of emotional intelligence
• Excellent administrative and computer skills, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of basic project management software

Responsibilities

• Understand the scope of work and project plan per account
• Facilitate interdepartmental negotiation on resources and timelines
• Align with Resource Managers to assign resources and manage time
• Monitor projects to stay on schedule and within scope
• Collaborate with Account team for client sign-off on plans
• Prepare for legal and regulatory submissions
• Forecast and plan resources with department leads
• Build partnerships and be persuasive/diplomatic in difficult situations
• Ensure client requests are captured, executed, and met
• Partner with stakeholders to enforce QA standards
• Raise and manage project issues and risks in a fast-paced environment
• Act as internal hub of project information
• Maintain brand knowledge
