Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical advertising or medical education.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and project coordinators.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical business medical‑legal regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scope, plan, and delivery for assigned client projects.
• Facilitate interdepartmental negotiations on resources and timelines.
• Assign resources with Resource Managers and monitor budgets.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Account teams for client sign-offs and risk mitigation.
• Prepare for regulatory submissions and maintain project information hub.
