Job summary

BGBx is seeking a Project Manager to lead internal projects from inception to execution for pharmaceutical and life science clients. You will plan, organize, and manage resources and scope for medium-size accounts, ensuring on-time delivery and quality while aligning with agency processes.

As a key member of cross-functional teams, you’ll collaborate with account leads, departments, and clients to solve problems, mitigate risks, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical advertising or medical communications.
• Expertise in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Demonstrates the ability to successfully onboard and train others in the Associate level.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects with Account to apply experience across program mix and channels, delivering innovative solutions.
• Create and manage project workplans at the program level, defining requirements and success metrics; develop staff plans.
• Create risk mitigation plans and collaborate with leads to evolve service delivery processes.
