P10 in the United States is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead client campaigns in the pharmaceutical marketing space. This contract role (30-40 hours per week) is fully remote and requires aligning internal resources to deliver projects on time and on budget.

You will work with cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, project management or related field plus 4-8 years of project management experience in a pharmaceuticals marketing agency.
• Proven track record managing client relationships and delivering marketing solutions in pharma on time and on budget.
• Strong understanding of medical, legal and regulatory compliance (MLE/MLR) in the US and/or Canada.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with project management systems and tools and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of marketing campaigns and projects.
• Monitor progress, budgets and timelines to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Plan and manage resources with team leads.
• Work with Director, Operations to manage budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization while maintaining profitability.
