Qualifications

• Experience in land development design, cost estimating, and construction methods.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-party projects from scope through construction administration.
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and marketing strategies.
• Manage client relationships and win new business.
• Direct civil project teams and ensure budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with city/county staff and external agencies.
• Oversee QA/QC and project delivery quality.
