Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for our Land Development team in Minnetonka, MN. The role focuses on delivering land development civil engineering projects on time and within budget, coordinating with owners, architects, and external teams.

You will lead multiple projects, supervise up to five technical personnel, ensure QA/QC, and manage coordination with city/county staff for approvals. The position requires travel to project sites across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; travel to sites across the U.S.
• Eight+ years total experience, four+ years as a Project Manager.
• Experience in land development civil projects and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development projects to meet schedules and budgets.
• Direct civil teams to produce complete plan sets.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and external teams to execute projects.
• Manage internal support teams and QA/QC within projects.
• Oversee RFI responses, site meetings, and field coordination.
• Lead up to five technical staff, assign work, review outputs, and support professional growth.
