Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our Land Development team in the United States. The role focuses on managing civil engineering projects, leading teams, and coordinating with owners, architects, and external members to deliver quality plans.

Responsibilities include QA/QC, budget and schedule control, and client communications. Travel to project sites and Westwood offices nationwide is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required or equivalent.
• Eight+ years total experience with four+ years in a PM role.
• Travel to project sites and Westwood offices across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage land development civil engineering projects to meet schedules and budgets.
• Lead civil teams to produce complete civil plan sets.
• Coordinate with owner/architect and external teams to execute projects.
• Oversee internal support teams (survey, traffic, hydraulics, etc.) and manage schedules and budgets.
• Implement QA/QC and ensure project compliance.
• Work with city/county staff for plan approvals.
• Manage multiple projects and allocate resources through stages.
• Administer construction services, respond to RFIs, and attend site meetings.
• Supervise up to five staff: assign work, review quality, train, and support career growth.
