Public Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager focused on rural health to lead complex transformation initiatives with healthcare partners. You will manage multiple workstreams, govern risk and timelines, and serve as the primary client-facing leader across state and federal programs.

Remote collaboration and occasional travel to client sites are required. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in project management, PMP certification, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• MPH/MPA or health policy degree preferred.
• 7+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience leading client-facing, executive-level relationships.
• Experience in healthcare, Medicaid, rural health, or public health transformation preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day management of rural health transformation projects.
• Develop integrated project plans, risk registers, dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across policy, operations, analytics, IT.
• Provide governance, reporting, and client communications.
• Manage budget, forecasts, and billing with finance teams.
