Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex health research projects remotely. You will develop project work plans, manage budgets, monitor milestones, and coordinate cross-functional teams across programs.

The role involves serving as the day-to-day liaison to clients and funders, delivering progress and budget reports, and ensuring the timely delivery of analyses, reports, and graphics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and ten years of progressive project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience managing large teams toward complex goals.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong supervisory and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Health services or public health research background.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain project work plans and resource estimates; monitor milestones and budgets.
• Develop generalized cost estimates and manage expenditures per budgets.
• Negotiate resources with managers and project leaders; ensure timelines.
• Work with assigned project staff to ensure progress and understanding of work plans.
• Ensure preparation of all project-related products and tasks (analyses, reports, graphics, etc.).
• Serve as day-to-day liaison to client or funding agency leadership.
• Provide timely progress and budget reports to stakeholders.
• Assist with contracts and scope of work for projects.
• Contribute to program area strategic discussions and PMO standards.
• Serve as Proposal Project Manager during proposal phase as needed.
• Mentor Project Coordinators/Associates and support Project Managers.
• Manage a variety of projects with diverse funding sources and complexity.
