Job summary

HH Global is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple installation programs—from concept to on-site execution—primarily in a remote capacity. You will coordinate with account teams, creative, and fabrication partners to meet budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

The role requires managing high-volume projects with complex stakeholders, offering mentorship to junior staff and ensuring reliable delivery in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in retail, event, construction, showroom, or corporate installation environments.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns or programs for on-site activations.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with significant budget responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with account teams, client contacts, and supplier network to ensure high-level delivery of PM.
• Serve as the main liaison between client teams and site/installation crews, ensuring timely communication.
• Oversee planning, development, quoting, production, and on-site execution across multiple projects.
