Job summary

HH Global is seeking a Project Manager to support national installation project requests. This remote role requires organizing and coordinating signage and display projects across retail, event, and corporate environments.

You will manage scope, timelines, and costs while partnering with the Installation team and clients to ensure quality and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of project management experience, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset

Qualifications

3–5 years of project coordination or management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
Strong MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
Experience with process improvement.
Ability to track and develop budget expenses.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work remotely with some on-site nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

Understand project scope, timelines, activities, and documentation.
Create purchase orders, track costs, and document notes.
Communicate project details to vendors for quotes and requirements.
Support Account Management in daily project coordination.
Act as point of contact for the project resources.
Track budget expenses and ensure timelines.
Ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards; coordinate with Installation team and clients.
