Job summary

HH Global is seeking a Senior Production Manager to oversee all production, purchasing, and execution of client marketing programs. You will work with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient delivery across a high volume of complex projects.

You will gather requirements, manage data in procurement systems, and ensure on-time, on-budget results while maintaining strong client relationships and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years production experience across product categories.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven success with purchasing in manufacturing or agency environments.
• Strong client-facing experience and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Experience managing multiple complex product-type categories.
• Excellent communication and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Gather production requirements and manage vendor delivery timelines.
• Input project specs and data into procurement system with invoices/POs.
• Execute projects within contract timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth workflow and handoffs.
• Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing to derive cost efficiencies.
• Support account forecasting, budgeting and project updates for presentations.
• Escalate production issues to management when needed.
