Job summary

George P Johnson Experience Marketing is seeking a Sr. Producer with a deep background in permanent installations to lead the Integrated Production team for a global technology client. This hybrid role requires on-site presence at multiple US locations 2 days a week and coordination with Latin America and EMEA teams.

You will design PM workflows, oversee fabrication and installation processes, and drive program delivery with a focus on scalable PM infrastructure and strong client communications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior-level PM experience, proven ability to build PM infrastructure.
• Experience managing permanent installations, fabrication, and large-scale experiential projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for high-profile clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement project management workflows and templates to streamline production efficiency.
• Lead a team of Producers and Event Managers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Partner with Account Management to manage overall project scope, resource allocation, and timelines.
