Lumicera Health Services in Olympia is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, EPMO to coordinate large, simultaneous projects driven by portfolio governance.

You will identify risks to scope, schedule and budget, and drive change requests with thorough analysis, business cases and cost-benefit studies. You will mentor other project managers, apply PM methodologies, collaborate with SMEs to design solutions, ensure testing, and report progress to leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare-related experience required.
• Certification in project methodology or Agile certification preferred (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP, PgMP, PfMP, CAPM, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP, PMI-RMP).
• 5 years’ experience in enterprise projects with IT/data elements if certified; 7 years if not certified.
• Waterfall and Agile methodologies required.
• Core software: Teams, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
• Project tracking tools: MS Project, ADO, PPM Pro, Smartsheets.
• 3 years healthcare or pharmacy benefits industry practices and HIPAA knowledge.
• Participate in and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues.

Mansioni

• Lead multiple complex projects with interdependencies; act as project owner in all phases.
• Document activities, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, and risk plans.
• Prepare project schedules with major milestones for oversight and control.
• Establish and maintain budgets; track spend with proper approvals and forecasting.
• Document key decisions; analyze impact across the enterprise portfolio.
• Conduct project communication planning and provide updates to teams and sponsors.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design solutions and ensure testing throughout delivery.
• Review strategy and performance to optimize project outcomes.
• Mentor project managers and leaders on PM methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
• Other duties as assigned.
