Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; successful track record of managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
• ECM or related solution implementation experience.
• Strong oral and written communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office, including MS Project and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and control projects and personnel to bring projects to successful completion within scope, on time, and within budget.
• Lead team and client meetings using engaging presentations, with timely follow-up and accountability.
• Develop and manage project plans detailing goals, staffing, and scheduling; maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Design solutions, resolve conflicts, escalate as needed, and deliver solutions aligned to customer value.
• Proactively manage client expectations and day-to-day interactions to ensure satisfaction by mitigating risks.
• Orchestrate delivery of professional services to promote future opportunities and mentor team members.
