Job summary

Epiq is seeking a Client Services Senior Project Manager to lead client relationships and project delivery in a fast-paced eDiscovery environment. You will coordinate resources, drive client satisfaction, and provide strategic guidance on analytics-driven reviews while maintaining quality and timelines.

The role requires at least 4 years in related fields, a bachelor’s degree, and preferably JD or MBA. This position offers remote work from home in the United States with a path to leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required.
• 4+ years consulting, litigation support, paralegal or attorney experience in law firms, corporate legal departments or eDiscovery service providers.

Responsibilities

• Primary liaison with client representatives and owns the service delivery for assigned projects.
• Drives client satisfaction through coordination and communication of client deliverables.
• Establishes best practices to meet client needs and prioritization issues.
• Provides high-level consultative input focusing on analytics and technology-assisted reviews.
• Prepares project forecasts and schedules; manages budgets and financial status.
• Leads and mentors team; serves as public face of Epiq’s service delivery.
• Assesses bandwidth and onboarding with Client Services Manager.
• Represents regional location in Epiq initiatives.
• Identifies process improvements in workflows and internal coordination.
