Job summary

Epiq is seeking a Senior Managing Attorney to lead high‑quality litigation support for corporate and law firm clients. This remote US role emphasizes client advisory, project management, and technology-enabled workflows across the litigation lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has JD with bar admission, substantial eDiscovery and legal project management experience, and strong leadership and analytical skills to manage multiple matters and deliver defensible outcomes.

Qualifications

• JD and active state bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Significant eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal project management experience.
• Experience with workflows and technology in legal services, including AI-enabled tooling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, counsel, and program leadership across active matters and engagements.
• Lead, scope, and execute litigation, investigations, and discovery-related workflows.
• Act as primary escalation point for program attorneys and issue resolution expectations.
• Design, develop, and implement efficient, defensible workflows and training guidelines.
• Monitor matter progress, budget, staffing, and reporting; mentor attorney teams.
