Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of project management experience in law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery providers.
• Strong oral and written communication with a confident leadership presence.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives to own service delivery relationships.
• Drive client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables.
• Execute project forecasts and schedules as directed by senior project leadership.
• Ensure requirements are met with high quality by coordinating with clients and internal partners.
• Provide proactive client communication and escalate issues as needed to leadership.
