Epiq is seeking a Senior Managing Attorney to lead client-facing litigation and discovery programs remotely across the United States. You will oversee workflows, analytics, and team performance, ensuring defensible, efficient, and technology-enabled outputs for complex matters.

The role requires JD, state bar admission, and 5+ years in eDiscovery or legal project management, with strong governance and client-management capabilities.

Competenze

• Juris Doctorate (JD) and active U.S. state bar admission.
• Minimum five years in eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal project management.
• Experience with litigation lifecycle and AI-enabled workflows.

Mansioni

• Serve as senior point of contact for clients, counsel, and program teams across matters.
• Lead and scope program engagements for litigation, investigations, and discovery workflows.
• Escalate and resolve issues with Lead/Managing Attorneys and clients.
• Design efficient, defensible workflows, training guidelines, and quality plans.
• Monitor progress, budgets, staffing, and deliverables with regular reporting.
• Mentor and motivate attorney teams to promote high-quality work.
