Qualifications

• PM experience in law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers (4+ years).
• Strong leadership and staff development to mentor team members.
• Excellent oral and written communication; proactive client expectation management.
• Solid understanding of database design, data processing, and legal document review requirements.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with key client representatives and own the service delivery relationship.
• Drive client satisfaction through coordination and communication of deliverables.
• Establish best practices to meet client needs and prioritize work.
• Provide strategic input on analytics and technology-assisted reviews.
• Prepare project forecasts and schedules; manage budgets and billing information.
