Job summary

Epiq is seeking a Client Services Project Manager to lead client relationships and coordinate end-to-end project delivery in a fast-paced eDiscovery environment. You will manage multiple client projects, ensuring service quality and proactive communication with clients and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in project management within legal services, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of data processing and document review requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management within legal services or eDiscovery.
• Experience managing multiple projects and client relationships.
• Strong oral and written communication with leadership presence.
• Understanding of database design, data processing, and legal document review.
• Experience balancing client requirements, planning and billing reviews.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison with client representatives to own the service delivery.
• Coordinate and communicate deliverables to drive client satisfaction.
• Execute project forecasts and schedules as directed by Senior PM or Client Services Director.
• Ensure requirements are met with high quality and accuracy; verify with client and internal partners.
• Escalate issues promptly to Senior PM or Director when needed.
• Maintain up-to-date project records and demonstrate leadership to clients and internal teams.
