Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver end-to-end retail financial sector projects, including renovations, new builds, and facility infrastructure upgrades. You will lead cross-functional teams across design, operations, and owners to ensure on-time delivery and compliant outcomes.

The role requires 7–10 years of project management in commercial construction, with experience in bank build-outs, security systems, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• LEED AP certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of retail financial sector projects, including renovations, new builds, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Oversee branch renovations, bank build-outs, and security/IT infrastructure.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and QA/safety programs.
