Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-site design, development and construction for a Financial Services Retail Banking account, including ground-up and interior retrofit projects.

The role oversees multiple projects, tracks budgets and schedules, and coordinates teams of architects, engineers, and contractors across regions, delivering on client goals and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing design and construction projects end-to-end.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and risk.
• Experience in financial services is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple projects through design, planning, approval, permitting, construction and closeout.
• Provide weekly updates on schedule, budget and risk to leaders and clients.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, GC/contractors and client teams across regions.
• Develop risk management plans and ensure compliance in critical environments.
• Ensure documentation and closeout processes meet client requirements.
