Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead design, development and construction for a Financial Services Retail account across multiple U.S. locations.

You will manage projects from identification through closeout, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors and client teams. The role emphasizes budget control, schedule adherence, risk management, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field preferred.
• Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management certification preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in design and construction.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, risk management and contract negotiations required.
• Experience with Financial Services is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple projects at various phases and locations from identification through closeout.
• Lead project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and client stakeholders.
• Provide weekly updates on schedule, budget, and risk to leadership and clients.
• Develop risk management plans to prevent incidents in critical environments.
• Ensure thorough project documentation reviews with the client.
• Oversee vendor management and project closeout within 60 days of completion.
