Job summary

JLL in the United States seeks a Senior Project Manager to deliver end-to-end retail financial sector renovations, new builds, and facility infrastructure upgrades. You will lead cross-functional teams and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and safety targets.

Requires 7–10 years in commercial construction, 5+ years in financial services, and a proven track record managing $1M–$25M+ projects across multiple sites, including Olympia, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
• LEED AP certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Senior Project Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of retail financial sector projects including renovations, new builds, and facility infrastructure upgrades.
• Lead cross-functional teams of designers, architects of record, operations staff and owner vendors.
• Manage projects from $1M-$25M+ in value and ensure adherence to budgets, schedules and safety protocols.
