Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of retail financial renovations and infrastructure across multiple sites in the United States.

You will oversee branch renovations and bank build-outs, manage critical systems, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and on-time, on-budget delivery.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and experience with BIM/VDC tools are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years project management experience in commercial construction.
• 5+ years specific experience in financial services/retail banking projects.
• Proven track record handling projects $1M-$25M+ in value.
• Experience with branch renovations, bank build-outs, and financial facility infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of retail financial renovations and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, architects, operations staff and vendors.
• Manage project schedule, budget, risk, scope, and QA/safety protocols.
