JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of retail financial renovations and infrastructure projects across multiple sites. You will oversee renovations, bank build-outs, and security/IT infrastructure, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 7–10 years of project management in commercial construction, proficiency with Primavera P6/MS Project and BIM/VDC platforms, and strong leadership for cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP preferred; LEED AP advantageous.
• 7–10 years PM experience in commercial construction; $1M–$25M+ projects.
• Experience with branch renovations, bank build-outs, and security/IT infra.
