Job summary

Index Analytics, LLC in a Baltimore-based, rapidly growing organization seeks a Program Control Analyst to support financial and operational success across projects. You will partner with Project Managers, Finance, Contracts, and senior staff to forecast, analyze costs, and report performance for internal and government clients.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of program controls or related experience, a 4-year degree, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the United States.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
Minimum of five years of experience in program controls or related field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and reporting.
Experience with Unanet ERP/project management software preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Support the Program Controls function through ad hoc analyses and reporting.
Establish and maintain project records, labor categories, and funding structures in Unanet.
Develop and update Estimates at Completion (EACs) for monthly reporting.
Perform cost and revenue forecasting and variance analysis.
Track subcontractor costs and monitor invoices.
Analyze profitability and margins; support scenario modeling.
Prepare reports for internal and government stakeholders.
Assist with pricing proposals and cost estimates for contracts.
