Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• 2+ years of professional experience in accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, or bookkeeping.
• Familiarity with GovCon ERP systems (Unanet/Deltek) preferred; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project setup, tracking, and onboarding workflows.
• Monitor project profitability and analyze financial health.
• Reconcile project data between PM trackers and accounting records.
• Serve as first point of contact for PM questions on finances and systems.
• Prepare JV status reports and assist in variance analysis.
• Maintain cash flow models and support forecasts.
• Assist with AP/AR processes and year-end audits.
