Seneca Holdings is seeking a Senior Project Controls Analyst for a remote, full-time role. You will manage project billings, purchase orders, and resource management while ensuring financial performance and alignment with project objectives.

Responsibilities include preparing setup documentation, maintaining project files, generating billing requests, and tracking funding, revenue, and commitments to provide insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business with 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Extensive government contracting experience with FFP and T&M methods.
• Experience managing large, complex contracts with multiple CLINs.
• Knowledge of Estimate at Completion (EAC) development and financial analysis processes.
• Hands-on Deltek Costpoint experience and advanced Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit comprehensive project setup documentation in accordance with internal guidelines.
• Maintain accurate project files and generate customer billing requests, ensuring audit readiness.
• Track and analyze key project data, providing insights to stakeholders on funding, revenue, and commitments.
