Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Project Accountant for a remote role. The position partners with the Project Team from award through closeout, delivering comprehensive project accounting support, cost analysis, and financial status reporting in line with company policies and applicable regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, 3+ years of construction project accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and excellent Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of GAAP.
• Highly proficient with Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Implement project contract requirements to ensure compliance with terms.
• Prepare cost-plus and lump-sum billings and manage accruals for cash flow.
• Review project costs, perform cost analyses, and coordinate vendor payments.
• Prepare financial reports and statements for project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards; review change logs.
• Lead monthly project forecast meetings and manage closeout processes.
