Job summary

The Bolton Group, a growing employee-owned construction firm, seeks a Senior Project Accountant to manage project financial management and accounting operations. You will work closely with project management and internal accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, monitor performance, and maintain strong financial controls.

Responsibilities include job costing, contract administration, billing, variance analysis, and month-end close support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Five or more years of relevant accounting experience.
• Construction project accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of job costing, contract billing, and project financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
