Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Accountant for our Major Projects group. This remote role partners with project teams to provide financial insights, track data, and report on project status in line with company policies.

The ideal candidate has a background in accounting/finance, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. Occasional travel may be required as projects demand coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of construction Project Accounting experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel pivot tables and lookups.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of construction contract requirements for assigned projects.
• Set up new projects and ensure conformity to contract requirements.
• Prepare cost-plus and lump sum billings and support prompt payment receipt.
• Coordinate vendor payments and review payroll-related items.
• Conduct project cost reviews and assist with monthly forecasts.
• Prepare regular financial reports and cost analyses for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Serve as liaison between Finance and project teams.
