Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Accountant for a remote, full-time role in the United States. You will partner with Major Projects teams to provide financial insights, track and analyze project data, and report on project status in alignment with company policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and at least 1 year of construction project accounting experience, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail. Travel may be occasional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of construction project accounting experience preferred.
• Proficient in accounting principles and Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, lookups).
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of contract requirements for assigned projects to ensure compliance.
• Set up new projects and ensure conformity to contract requirements.
• Prepare cost-plus and lump sum billings and support timely payments; prepare billing reconciliations.
• Review payables for accurate sales/use tax, coordinate vendor payments, and review subcontractor pay applications.
• Prepare regular financial reports and cost analyses for project stakeholders; support monthly projections.
• Support project closeout and liaison between Finance and Project teams.
