Job summary
Ladders is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic programs and software implementations that support utility distribution operations and drive measurable business outcomes.
The role partners across technical, operational, and stakeholder groups to coordinate execution, translate complex information into clear actions, and ensure initiatives are delivered with quality.
Location: Remote - US-based candidates only. Compensation: $122,400 – $183,600 annually.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience in utility distribution operations.
- 8 years of project management experience focused on software implementations.
- Experience with utility software such as SCADA systems.
- Knowledge of NERC and FERC regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic programs and software implementations for utility operations.
- Coordinate across technical, operational, and stakeholder groups.
- Drive measurable business outcomes and ensure quality and consistency.
- Provide guidance to less experienced colleagues and lead small projects.
- Facilitate consensus and communicate difficult information effectively.
