Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic programs and software implementations that support utility distribution operations and drive measurable business outcomes.

The role partners across technical, operational, and stakeholder groups to coordinate execution, translate complex information into clear actions, and ensure initiatives are delivered with quality.

Location: Remote - US-based candidates only. Compensation: $122,400 – $183,600 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in utility distribution operations.
• 8 years of project management experience focused on software implementations.
• Experience with utility software such as SCADA systems.
• Knowledge of NERC and FERC regulations.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead strategic programs and software implementations that support utility distribution operations and drive measurable business outcomes. The Senior Program Manager will partner across technical, operational, and stakeholder groups to coordinate execution, build alignment, and ensure initiatives are delivered with quality and consistency. This position calls for a strong mix of project leadership, industry knowledge, and the ability to translate complex information into clear action.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $122,400 – $183,600 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs and implementations to achieve target outcomes
• Develop deep subject matter expertise within the discipline and serve as a quality resource
• Integrate best practices across functional areas while staying aware of market competitors
• Use sound judgment to resolve moderately complex product management issues
• Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues and lead small projects
• Facilitate consensus and communicate difficult information effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 10+ years of experience in utility distribution operations
• Experience with utility-specific software such as SCADA systems
• Knowledge of utility regulations and standards, including NERC and FERC
• 8 years of project management experience focused on software implementations
• Expertise in software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, and Primavera P6
