Qualifications

• Healthcare experience required; Medicaid exposure preferred.

• Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and tracking.
• Proven ability in project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and executive-level reporting.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging senior leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex, cross-functional programs and strategic enterprise initiatives.
• Manage multiple workstreams while maintaining visibility into timelines, budgets, risks, and overall program health.
• Drive project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and executive-level reporting.
• Own program financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and tracking.
• Engage senior leadership and key stakeholders with clear, confident communication.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and outcomes.
