Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Vendor and Scaled Operations to lead vendor and outsourced delivery across a portfolio of scaled initiatives. You will focus on governance, performance management, and operational effectiveness in a fast-moving environment.

This remote role is US-based and offers compensation between $130,100 and $168,300 annually. You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive sourcing decisions, align priorities, and improve service

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program or project management with 3+ years vendor or outsourced delivery experience
• In-depth experience negotiating and managing end-to-end outsourcing agreements
• Demonstrated portfolio-level ownership across multiple scale programs with strong prioritization skills
• Proven ability to build and sustain governance systems, SLAs, and operational models

Responsibilities

• Own vendor and outsourcing strategy from sourcing through accountability for performance
• Design and optimize governance models for vendor performance, including SLAs and scorecards
• Manage a portfolio of programs, drive strategy, and maintain operations to achieve business outcomes
• Develop measurement frameworks to assess performance metrics and drive behavior change
• Align executives across multiple departments to make sourcing decisions and recommend trade-offs
• Innovate operational processes using AI and automation to streamline management
